Oh it was such a treat to meet you and your daughter! Thanks for staying for dinner; I loved it.

Do encourage Donna to go to those charity shops for needles..you may get the smaller dpns that you always wanted! (if not, let me know later on and I'll do a little needle stash diving. I don't use the teeny tinys below #1 all that much so maybe I'll send you a present!)

The Complete Walker is one of my favorite hiking books. I have not read The Man Who Walked Through Time though, I will have to check it out. Sad, this is the first I read of his passing, I'm glad you mentioned it.
