The snow there does look beautiful, though: too bad they don't have the equipment to move or get rid of it. Endured the same sort of thing when I lived in Vancouver back in the late 70s....

Not even the main streets could be plowed, due to lack of equipment. It was impressive. I used to live there and an inch of snow shut things down. There were 8 or more inches. We flew home again between snows.
